A. Center for Strategic Foresight & Innovation (Wisdom) → All Divisions: Provides the foundational strategy, data analysis, and foresight that guides every mission.
B. Global Engineering & Resilience Group (Strength) → Global Response & Logistics (GRL) & Division for Global Health & Community Development: Builds the physical tools, infrastructure, and resilient systems that enable field operations and long-term community support.
C. Division for Global Health & Community Development (Stamina) → All Divisions: Manages the human element of all missions, ensuring the well-being of both beneficiaries and foundation personnel, fostering long-term community relationships.
D. Center for Environmental & Climate Solutions (Power) → Global Engineering & Resilience Group & Global Response & Logistics (GRL): Develops the sustainable energy and environmental solutions to power field operations and provides the scientific basis for conservation missions.
E. Institute for Global Justice & Diplomacy (Courage) → Division for Global Health & Community Development & Global Response & Logistics (GRL): Provides the legal and ethical framework for all operations, advocating for rights and mediating access in sensitive zones.
F. Global Response & Logistics (GRL) (Speed) → All Divisions: Acts as the tip of the spear, rapidly deploying to establish a foothold, deliver initial aid, and pave the way for the specialized, long-term work of other divisions.
